The Cottage community
The Cottage is situated in the beautiful Newcastle suburb of Waratah. For those of you who don't know Newcastle, it is a major city of NSW, Australia (and it is perfect).
The Cottage 'the dream' became the Cottage 'the reality' in July of 2004. This was when a beautiful little suburban cottage was refurbished, opened and dedicated to the work of the Goddess; to bring a safe and loving environment for those looking for and seeking direction on their paths.
The Cottage is facilitated by Lisa Ballico, and is aided by a Management and Planning Committee comprising of Cottage mentors Deborah Hoddle, Jennifer Jones, Heidi Winchester, Diana Allen, Wendy Stephens and Rachael Allen. We are also blessed with the many volunteer helpers we have maintaining the Cottage website, library and cleanliness.
In striving for a suitable descriptive name for the Cottage, we have come up with the term 'Pagan Spirituality' and for now, this is the term that most properly describes and suits our focus.
If you are interested in the Cottage, in Pagan Spirituality, in walking the path of our Goddess, then you can be assured that the Universe has led you to this site for a reason.
